Introduction to Engineering and Scratch Programming at Island Park Elementary

Learn Coding & Engineering this Spring

Explore coding and engineering in iCode's comprehensive spring class tailored for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-grade students. Starting on Fridays from 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm, this STEM education opportunity introduces essential computer science fundamentals, including block-based coding using Scratch. Students merge engineering knowledge with coding skills, crafting projects and gaining hands-on experience designing, constructing, and programming real-world objects.

Program details:

• Schedule: Fridays, 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm
• Location: Island Park Elementary School
• Duration: Spring trimester, April 19th to June 7th (No class on May 24th)
• Program Format: Seven instructor-led sessions
• Cost: $249
